A 2020 graduate from the University of Georgia, Brett Feldman majored in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business and minored in Political Science. In addition to his studies, Brett has built an extensive network through his work at Rise Property Group and as President of the Georgia Israel Public Affairs Committee. During his time at Rise, Brett specialized in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, and Commercial Leasing. In his first 12-months, Brett closed over $10,000,000 in transactions.  

During his four years at the University of Georgia, Brett served as a Senator in the Student Government Association, a Justice in the University Judiciary, an avid associate of the UGA Real Estate society, and a member of the Atlas Honors Society. He also spent his four years as a brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity – Omicron Chapter. In recognition of his impact on the UGA campus, Brett was presented with the 2020 Bulldog Vision Award by the Center for Student Activity and Involvement. He was also invited to speak at this year’s AIPAC Policy Conference on his work as a student advocate and community leader.
